I'll be pushing my upper limit of carbs today, I'm guessing around 60g, but keeping it simple and gluten free
B: coffee w/1/2&1/2
L: (sounds weird but..) eggs scrambled in butter w/zucchini, onions and tomatoes
D: Arroz Congri (Cuban Rice and Black Beans) (skinnytaste recipe) topped w/avocado
