Well, this week was a challenge. Lots of meetings at work and filling in at events. Which I now realize is a form of torture but at least I can choose the least horrifying form

So the last couple of days the gap when I wake up in the middle of sleep has stretched to 3 hours, like last night. Definitely stress and cortisol issues, and I'm wondering if I must skip dinner now that I am doing the Dr. Kruse Big A$$ Breakfast, which is 50 grams of protein and a lot of fat.
