You are far from alone in the off-the-wagon and on-the-horse cycle. Many of us have gone through quite a few wagons and horses and many other things.

Very frustrating. We each have to find what it takes for us to stay on course for the long term and, as I can attest, for many of us there simply is not easy and surefire answer.

Hopefully by interacting with lots of other people in the same boat we can figure it out.
