I'm sure I've seen gluten free sausages in the meat section at Coles.

I use a brand call 'Chevups' they are really good beef sausages and only contain about 1.5 carbs per serve (a serve being 2 sausages).

They're great for breakfast and are available at Coles in the sausages section of the meat dept.
