It depends on what the other 15% is. What does the list of ingredients say?
Most British sausages are made with breadcumbs or rusk or other starches like rice flour etc, so would not be induction friendly.
What ingredients are in a lorne sausage?
If you can get hold of plain sausagemeat or ground pork with nothing added you could make your own sausage patties by adding seasonings.
I sometimes make them by grinding up bellypork (which is fattier than chops or pork steak which can make for a very dry sausage).
