We visited Vancouver last Summer just before we switched from a low fat, high carb WOE to Atkins. I waddled around lovely Vancouver a bit, but we never made it to the Fish House, although several people recommended it. Now, I am sorry we didn't try harder! (We did dine at C, which was wonderful). Please let us know then name of your cookbook as we both love to cook and there are only a few low carb offerings.
