I have been on HRT since 1989, because of surgical menopause.
Two years ago, I decide to stop using it in favor of half dose of Estogel, which is a topical application on your abdomen or arms or legs.
I am doing well with this, I have less fear of taking this hormone, lets face it I have no choice and this is the lowest dose possible.
You might be getting on something stronger, to bring your levels up and stabilized, before you are able to lower it later on.
