Hi,
I am new to Paelo by one month in which I lost 12 lbs, but that wasn't my goal. The goal was to eat well, stop feeling bloated and out of control. If I had a goal weight it would be only 5 more lbs, but I thought I has IBS and now all of that is gone. I don't miss dairy or wheat at all.
I do want to thank you for the great ideas I get here.
Lamb/eggplant meatballs with Tahini sauce..omg, made that 2x already.
Berry sauce, all the time
Almond pancakes..YUMMMM
I never even thought of these things, I always did Atkins in the past, but I see now how much dairy didn't agree with me. I am a hooked Paleo person now and I will contribute when I learn how to cook..LOL
