Default Low Carb and High Intensity Training

I was just looking at an article by Muscle and Fitness. The contributor advised that High Intensity Training and Low Carb do not go together. I disagree. As your body begins to adjust to a Low Carb way of living, your body metabolises more efficiently the fats it gathers from your daily intake.
I take in about 6-8 grams of Omega 3 Fatty Acids & Fish oils daily. Good example is Canola or Olive oil. My exercise routine consists of for example, sprinting a 1-1/2 in under 12 minutes and from there do a High and I mean High Intensity Cardio work out for approximately 35-35 minutes. My recovery time is so minimal that Im energized again in about 15 minutes. I can only do that about three times a week because of aches and pains in my knees. The other days I do plyometric and isometric workouts for muscle strength and toning. My body is proof. If someone has similar experience, please let me know. Thanks,

D
