What i find odd is that insulin was not mentioned one time in the program. It has such an affect on hunger and cravings. i know for a fact if i eat high protein/high carb/low fat i still have horrible cravings and the urge to eat because of the carbs causing my already higher than normal(because of insulin resistace) insulin levels to soar even higher.
