I finally weighed myself I was 139.8 but I should be getting my period soon so the scale will go up cause of that

Congrats to WBAHN!!! I’m so happy for you! But I think the challenges keep everyone on plan and are super motivating
I’m only 10 lbs from my goal weight of 128 but I’m not sure what maintenance will even look like (if I will change my plan to incorporate all the shake powder in the house that would drastically be less money than buying meat)
so it will be a challenge to be sure
