Felt crappy yesterday, like I was coming down with something. Took the day off.
Today:
stretching/warmup: 10 min
wrist curls: 3 sets of 10 (gotta get some 5 lb dumbbells!)
two-handed triceps extension: 3 sets: 10, 10, 9
arnold press: 3 sets of 12
upright row (for lat delts): 3 sets of 12
rear lat raises: 3 sets: 9. 7, 8 (ow!)
