I wish I had known about the low cab diet back in the 1980's when my knees first flared up and a tentative diagnosis of gout was made. I didn't find out about it until 2006.

Perhaps I would still have my original knees - instead of 4 failed replacements.

If only medicine wasn't guite so political.
