Atkins Adavantage bars are allowed on Induction, I ate them both times I did atkins and lost weight just fine. Others say they stall them, it's probably better to go w/o them but for me, that was not an option. I couldn't afford to got out and get eggs/bacon and I am always rushing out the door.
