Hi izzy!!! Miss you girl!! Kind of in the same boat you are in. Over the weekend I had a field day with the carbs. I am back on track since monday. I am not going to weigh myself until the beginning of November. I just am trying to string together a bunch of days of staying in plan and exercising. I can't do carbs. I think when I get to phase two I'll add in berries and an occasional piece of dark chocolate but that's about it. My goal now is 199.
