Last week was a roller coaster, by Wednesday I was up 3lbs and my ankles where super swollen by Sunday, I was back to 226lbs making me stay the same as last week.
Week 1 (9/3-9/9) -2lbs
Week 2 (9/10-9/16) +2lbs
Week 3 (9/17-9/23) +/- 0
Week 4 (9/24-9/30)
