I'm so glad it works for you! My beloved Zero Balancing therapist likes tapping; I will ask him more.
I know at least half of my own emotional eating recovery was similar brain messages I didn't know I had developed. Along with a low carb diet to handle the physical parts, I feel quite confident about laying the last of these issues to rest.
