I wasn't precise enough. When you get to the section where you can edit your signature, in the formatting tool bar, on the second line, and fourth to the right, there is a yellow button with what looks like a mountain and something in the sky. If you hover your mouse pointer over it, the tool-tips will read "insert picture". Click on it, and a field will appear. Paste the html into it. Click OK, and save your sig.
