Went to Whole Foods and got a coffee so I could put some of the Just Like Sugar in it and try it. Really, I didn't find a difference worth changing from Stevia. I am disappointed, but maybe things that are too good to be true don't exist!
Seriously, I bought a box of Truvia, a stevia derivative and used that in the Cran Walnut bread. I did it with dried unsweetened apricots and 12 packets of Truvia. It turned out great except it was not giving me that "zing" sweetness you can get with either real sugar or artificial sugar. I think next time I will try to sweeten it a bit more. Excellent recipe.
