Chances are you've got it beat now, however... a warning... you can still find yourself going back. I've done it. Got over the hard part and got a bit complacent. Went to a bar, had a few drink and suddenly the cigarettes started smelling good and I was convinced I could have just one. Then another... then the next morning I didn't throw the pack out. Booze definitely impairs judgement.

Ugh! Being around booze and smokers is a very bad combination. I'd advise only going to smoke free bars (if you have them) and not drinking around smokers. Not for at least a year and maybe even longer.

I'm fortunate that they banned indoor smoking in ALL public places in San Diego. Even some outdoor places. I can go to bars now... if I wanted to. I would hope I'm past that danger, but I can't really be certain.
