I tried this last night and honestly it wasn't what I imagined.

For starters, making it with 1/2 cup of almond flour didn't even cover have the pizza pan. Then I made it with one cup, BUT had to throw it out because when I used the wax paper to cover and spread, the entire thing stuck firmly to the wax paper - couldn't even peel it off. So, I made one more batch, oiled the wax paper and finally got it on the pan.

I didn't really care for the taste and it was hard to eat as a "slice." I'm thinking this might actually make a better pie crust or something like that with a little doctoring?
