I eat an unprocessed anti inflammatory diet, but once in awhile I want a sweet. I cannot do dairy and I do not drink diet sodas, etc. but when I really want a sweet I occasionally have a sugar free popsickle. That does not seem to bother my inflammation at all and provides that sweet refreshing "something". It is a guilty pleasure without guilt
