I do find Coke to be medicinal during stomach upset but I haven't had it since morning sickness well over 10 years ago. My mom is super addicted and drinks it every day, although she's cut down a lot. She can't drink tap water and she developed this addiction when she had severe morning sickness (like me). Mine did not stick, though.
