Not quite sure what you mean by "first page"? Do you mean the first/front page of your control panel (UserCP on the far left of the menu bar above here?). If so, there's a link View all Subscribed Threads at the bottom of the list of new subscribed threads. There's also a link in the column on the left to List All Subscriptions.

If you're getting email notices for subscribed threads, there are links at the bottom of each email .. one to unsubscribe from that specific thread, and another to unsubscribe from ALL threads.
