I stayed on plan yesterday and will have my R/M for dinner tonight.
I was planning fried eggs with two pieces of toast for my carb.

I’m not sure how Thanksgiving will go because I’m not hosting this year. I’m going over to my sons house and he likes to have appetizers then traditional thanksgiving meal and later dessert.
