Geez I'm 10 days behind on posting workouts. That's bad. I won't be able to catch up so I'll just start with today. And be much more diligent with posting.
Today...Friday...
Spin class... 45 minutes
Group Power... This was my first time taking the class... I'll type what the description says.

it was a decent workout but I'll need to play around with the amount of weight.
