Well girls i'm still with out Soy flour grrrrrrrrrrrr. Went through to Eastbourne and H&B was bloody shut!!! and all the specialist shops i went into had loads of stuff like rice flour but no Soya flour. And i had to tear myself away from a bottle of sweet chilli dipping sauce :cryh it did break my heart lol

Made up for it 10 minutes later when i was FORCED, yes thats right FORCED to buy and eat a diabetic choc fudge bar from Thortons. Oh it was total Heaven

Anyone know any supermarkets that sell Soy flour?
