Thanks for the warm welcome. I already feel at
home here. I thought about the surgry too but
I am not good with pain.lol Also I don't think
that would help with the cravings. According to
the survey in the CAD book I am an extreme
carb addict. This seems to be working. The
weight has slowed down now, so I know a lot
of the loss was water, but feel so much better
to be rid of that. Lbs are lbs whatever it is.
Will work on getting a journal later. This is
