I try to exercise during a fasted state. My cycling or indoor rowing is mostly less than 60 minutes. Most of my pt is early in the day - cycling; before the sun angle gets too high and causes most sunburn. Even on the rowing machine - early is just better for me. I stopped cycling last Oct since it gets too cold, but when it warms up I'll be out almost every morning.
