I made a low carb, no thickener gravy last year that I’ll be using again
Sautéed some mushrooms and green onions. Threw it in a blender, added some turkey juice and broth, garlic, oregano, sage, salt and pepper and it was so good we were eating it with a spoon. The mushrooms were the thickener.
