Yes, two ingredients, that’s all I use. I find the mozzarella the most versatile but I’ve tried parmesan, cheddar, jack cheese. They were all good too. Every so often I treat myself to about 4 ounces of liverwurst at the local deli and the adorable little round chaffle and the round liverwurst slices make a perfect combo. 😉
