Eating breakfast really helps avoid excessive hunger later in the day. If you don't like eggs don't eat them. You can have salad, peanut butter on celery, the south beach granola recipe or a ton of other options for breakfast. Try getting some low carb tortillas you can do a lot with them and some cream cheese and a little ham. Or nuke a couple turkey sausages.
