Hello everyone
Gourmet Burger Kitchen are low-carb friendly. I asked for a burger without the bun and they fill the plate with salad instead.
I love Wagamama. They have a Summer menu and Spring Specials with a whole load of noodle-free dishes, so I will be ordering a Cumin Chicken, or Mandarin & Sesame Chicken Salad and Negima Yakitori or Grilled Asparagus, or my favourite: Chilli Squid from now on.
Kebab shops: meat and salad.
Greasy spoons: pick and choose the carb-free options for an all day breakfast.
Cafés: Can order quiche and salad, but leave the crust. Not ideal, but it's an option.
Pizzeria: Next time I go, I plan on ordering a pizza and piling the toppings high (plus a salad of some sort), then eating everything but the base!
I occasionally go to a fish & chip restaurant that offers a decent portion of salad instead of chips.
