Did not walk for 3 days and went through weird phases of feeling like I just needed to lay on my stomach and be horizontal.
I never got muscle sore anywhere except shoulders and it seemed like, spine. Maybe that was a bit of overtraining on the spine. It's easy for me to forget that 'just walking' is more when you weigh 330 and are coming from not just sedentary but still recovering from a full-body bedridden atrophy.
Got up early this morning and went to the walking park, walked a mile, rests but all standing.
