Roasted a turkey yesterday. Nibbled some of the meat, and rest is cooking in a pot bones and all. Plan to remove some of the broth, and add a can of ground tomatos to the rest to slowly simmer for the day.

Breakfast--
Greek yogurt, with added organic grassfed cream, because all the yogurts are fat free in my usual store. Adding kefir and berries.
Duck eggs and steak.
