Hello,
Just posted this intro on the main forum but I'm from London so thought I'd post it here as well!
I've just started low carbing this week. I don't have a lot to lose but it's VERY stubborn. I've lost nearly 10 pounds with low cal but it's taken months and left me miserable. And hungry! I'm hoping low carb is the way to go, especially as I have PCOS.
I’ve had issues with shall we say ‘chaotic’ eating in the past, so I know restrictive plans don’t work for me. So I won’t be counting carbs, but I will give low carb my best shot. I don’t eat meat but I have started eating fish to increase my options a bit.
I look forward to being inspired by the boards and hopefully helping others on their journey too!
