I was just thinking for the days I feel like having some kind of bread, but cannot run to the store to buy the Fitness bread or any other ones. I rather make it myself and know there are no added chemicals in there to add to shelf life and such.

What is your opinion on Soyflour? and Nut Flour?
I am just thinking ahead for Phase 3. I know that is still a long way away for me, but I found a Recipe for Almond Flour Pound Cake that I would love to try when the time comes. I know all ingredients are Phase 2 Approved, but I rather wait till phase 3 to make the Pound cake. I dont want to go back to eating too much Flour stuff. LOL
I have been eating Whole Grain English muffins these last few days for Breakfast and I was doing good with no cravings, but I think I need to slow down on those and maybe leave the grains out. I got too comfy with it again and I didnt lose as much this week as I was hoping for. I am aiming for 2 lbs a week, and I know that might be too high a goal to shoot for, but the loss this week wasnt even 0.5 lbs
