Please advise
Hi, I am new to this forum and to low carbing. I have about 20 pounds to lose. My question is - it is advisable to skip phase 1 and go straight to phase 2? I have also read that grains should be avoided until you reach your desired weight, am I right? I have 2 slices of low carb bread for breakfast daily, would this inhibit weight loss?
