Of course I made a number of changes all at once last August, but believe that the improvement in my nutrition did allow me to eat less and lose more weight than I thought possible, while my hair, nails, energy were better than at any time on very low carb. The vague minor low thyroid symptoms improved with eating more protein, vegetables and yes, fish. Some foods I use now are in the comments on my success story.
