I only count carbs enough not to go over 20. It could be 3, it could be 20. The Atkins and premier protein shakes are my keys to success. My body likes to be fed 5-7 times a day. I make 2-3 of those shakes. I feel great, and I’ve lost 74 pounds in under 4 months.
