173!!! 173!!! 173!!! Finally!!! I made it into the 20 pound club. I have been flirting with 174 for weeks and weeks now! How sweet it is to finally break that plateau!!!

I am now just soooooo psyched!!! I am aiming for 170 now. I have completely eliminated alcohol and that seems to have really helped me. No more occasional glass of wine for me! YIPPEEE!!!!!

I have been saying I have lost 19 pounds for a long time, but today, I can say I have lost 20! Amazing what one pound will do for your motivation!

OK.....get my feet back on the ground!
