I TOO am from Coquitlam!!! Small world. I was just sent to a ob/gyn for PCOS and was prescribed the Diane 35 pill. I have been low carbing for a month and this was the first month that my cycle was regular so I'm holding off on the pill til next month to see if it happens on time again. I don't want to take it unless i have to. I've learnt that low carbing can help PCOS symptoms dramatically. There is a great website for PCOS ~ www.soulcysters.com. Lots of great info there.
