egss for breakfast, with maybe some cheese (but I don't always eat breakfast). Cheese and pickles (dill) or hot peppers for lunch, if I didn't have breakfast I might have a couple of eggs. Meat, veg and salad with low carb dressing for dinner. Nothing after 6:00pm.
