Tried something I learned at biggest loser. It helps switch things up so your body doesn't get used to doing the same things over and over. You basically pick a couple cardio machines burn a 100 calories and then switch to the next machine. Today I worked out on my lunch hour and burned400 calories. I did the treadmill and the eliptical. The gym and work has a bike and a rowing machine. I think I want to try the rower next time.
