7/28: walked 1 mile at 3.0 mph
7/29: walked 1 mile at 3.0 mph

7/31: strength training (machines) + 35 minutes cardio
8/2: strength training (Paramount machine)
8/3: strength training (Paramount machine + free weights)
8/4: walked 1.25 miles ~ 3 mph
8/5: walked 4 miles ~ 3.3mph
