A Masterpiece in the Making, Daily DO’s
Jan 2 - April 1
1) Drink 3 litres + water 9/90
2) Exercise video 9/90
3) Lesson 9/90
4) 15 minutes of anti-procrastination (pick it, do it) 9/90
5) Stay within carb range (under 50) 9/90
Water went down easy, exercise video was done just before bed (but done, yah me.lol), a lot of different little things added up to my 15 minutes + of anti-procrastination, definitely way under 50 carbs, maybe a little to much salt though.
