Weight range in last 2 weeks has been 155.4 to 158.6 ( maybe more). A lot of reasons, not enough sleep, to many calories, not enough exercise, trying to get off anti inflammatory drugs, that said I am owning my 157.2 this morning, good day food and water wise yesterday, back on meds, taking a new doctor led approach.

This challenge has truly been “CHALLENGING” for many of us!
Well done to those under the 5 lbs to go mark!
My goal this week is not really a weight one, it is more of a eat healthy, manage pain, exercise and drink my water...with that happy and healthy come!😎
