One of my co-workers brought a vintage Schwinn Airdyne to work, so instead of doing stairs, I used it. It wasn't a comfortable thing to do, because the saddle tilt had me sliding forward, and I had to stop and adjust the height a couple of times. Nevertheless it was a legit workout!
