And I'm wondering, the 5 pound challenge seems fun and fast short term goals are an excellent way to stay motivated. But I can go through vast weight fluctuations, very rapidly. Like, if I end my period and take a dump, that's 5 right there. Shouldn't we also have a longer-term challenge that encompasses those variations, say a 10 or 15 pound challenge?
