I don't think I could survive as a vegetarian, I seem to crave protein (and not from beans, though I love those too...).

Critters I have seen on our property or just across the road in the woods opposite us- we have field mice, raccoons, opossums, ground hogs (aka woodchucks), deer, and many, many birds including wild turkeys. I have named the one opossum we trapped and released - Girard Young and cute...for a possum.

I am looking forward to this next year. Will be reactivating my blog (for reals), and actively back to adjusting diet and recipes, and exercising!
